Get Up + Go

Get Up + Go is a private occupational therapy service aimed at adults of all ages who are struggling with daily living tasks due to illness, injury or disability.

This could include:-

difficulty getting out of the bath
difficulty standing from a chair
difficulty preparing meals or drinks independently
difficulty doing hobbies or leisure activities

...in fact, we can look at just about any daily living task that is causing you a problem.
