visit you at home to do a full assessment of your individual needs and your home environment
provide you with a comprehensive report detailing any recommended aids or adaptations
provide further advice and assistance to purchase aids and adaptations if required
provide a rehabilitation programme to improve your independence in daily tasks if appropriate
